# mdlReserveServices

`mdlReserveServices` is a `Module` that caches reserve-services code-table lookups in module-level `Static` variables for the lifetime of the hosting process, reloading only when an explicit `Refresh` argument is supplied (see [Code-table caching](../../operations/code-table-caching.md)).

## Purpose
- Provides cached accessor functions over `clsVocationalServiceTypes` and the medical/vocational reserve service-type code tables, avoiding repeated database round-trips within a process.

## Behavioral notes
- The `Static` cache has no expiry and no synchronization, making it process-lifetime and not thread-safe.*

## Constraints and usage notes
- Pass `refresh:=True` only when the underlying code table is known to have changed; otherwise the cached value is returned.
